1. The video upload service is promoted by Delkim Ltd, P.O. Box 270, Bedford, England, MK43 7DZ & administered by Beach Marketing, East Wing Burlington House, Wellingborough Road, Northampton, NN1 4EU. Please do not send correspondence to this address.
2. It is a condition of entry that all rules are accepted as final, and that the Creator (that’s you) agrees to abide by these rules. The decision of Delkim is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
3. Videos submitted to Delkim using this service may be used for marketing purposes. Creators must confirm they have the rights over the images, actors and soundtracks they provide, furthermore, that by submitting their videos the Creator transfers these rights to Delkim for the purposes of this Service and future marketing events.
4. There are no prizes or compensation given unless otherwise agreed directly with Delkim.
5. Illegible, incomplete, defaced or corrupt entries or entries sent through agencies or third parties will not be accepted.

1. If your video content is used by Delkim you will be contacted by the Business using the email address given during the entry process.
2. The winner may be required to participate in reasonable publicity on behalf of Delkim Ltd.
3. Th Creators data will be used for the purpose of administrating this Service and in accordance with the permissions granted or withheld at the point of entry.
4. Events may occur that render this service impossible due to reasons beyond the control of the Promoter. Accordingly, the Promoter may, at its absolute discretion, vary or amend the promotion and the Creator agrees that no liability shall attach to the Promoter as a result thereof.
