Our aim is always to get you back fishing as quickly and efficiently as possible. In the rare event you may have a faulty Digital Range item, please return it to us and we will aim to repair/replace it within 10 working days and keep you updated via SMS and Email. If you are returning any Plus range item you will need to allow up to 15 working days.
If you have an item that is over 10 years old it is no longer supported by Delkim. If you are unsure of the age of your item our online returns systems will assist in identifying this, simply enter your serial number where prompted.
