We’re looking for social stars using the #DelkimFamily and #DelkimHoF. If you post regularly on Instagram, Facebook, YouTube or any social platform, then you can get involved! If you want to be part of the #DelkimHoF, just use this hashtag and we’ll find you online, if we like what we see then we’ll throw you a like and maybe publish it on our site. We don’t mind what you’re fishing or where, if you’re using your Delkims (new or old) then you qualify.

#DelkimHoF Social Media Campaign Terms and Conditions
- Introduction
By participating in the #DelkimHoF social media campaign (the “Campaign”), users agree to these Terms and Conditions. Participation in the Campaign is considered acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and any related rules, policies, or guidelines. Delkim reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice.
- Eligibility
The Campaign is open to all individuals who wish to participate by using the hashtag #DelkimHoF. Employees of Delkim and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
- How to Participate
Participants must share their images or videos (the “Content”) on social media platforms including, but not limited to, Instagram, Twitter, and Facebook using the hashtag #DelkimHoF. By doing so, participants agree to these Terms and Conditions.
- Use of Content
By using the hashtag #DelkimHoF, participants grant Delkim a perpetual, royalty-free, non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, perform, and display such content (in whole or part) and/or to incorporate it in other works in any form, media, or technology now known or later developed, for any and all purposes including, but not limited to, promotional, marketing, and advertising activities related to Delkim and its products.
- Intellectual Property
Participants confirm that they own or have obtained all necessary rights and permissions for the Content they submit and that their Content does not infringe upon any third party’s intellectual property rights. Participants agree to indemnify Delkim against any claims made in breach of these warranties.
- Privacy
Participants acknowledge and agree that any personal information provided in connection with the Campaign will be used in accordance with Delkim’s Privacy Policy and these Terms and Conditions.
- No Obligation
Participation in the Campaign does not create any obligation on Delkim to use or engage with any submitted Content.
- Liability
Delkim will not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury that may occur as a result of participating in the Campaign or the use of any Content by Delkim in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
- Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Delkim operates, without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision or rule.
- Acceptance of Rules
Participation in the Campaign constitutes the participant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Terms and Conditions and Delkim’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Campaign. Winning and receiving benefits from the Campaign is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.
- Campaign Expiry and Termination
Delkim reserves the right to end the Campaign at any time without notice. This right extends to the ability to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Campaign if deemed necessary in its sole discretion or if any situation arises that is outside of Delkim’s control. The termination or modification of the Campaign will not give rise to any liability on Delkim’s part.
- Decisions Are Final
All decisions made by Delkim regarding any aspect of the Campaign, including but not limited to any termination, suspension, or modification of the Campaign, are final. No correspondence will be entered into concerning any decisions made.
- Nature of the Campaign
It is expressly stated that the Campaign is not a competition, contest, or lottery. There are no prizes or tangible rewards for participation. The Campaign is a promotional activity intended solely for the purpose of engaging the community and promoting Delkim products through user-generated content. Participation in the Campaign should be undertaken with this understanding.
