I have a fault with my Delkim product. What should I do?

If you are experiencing a problem with a Delkim product:

  1. Check that you have a good battery/connection.
  2. If your alarm is being effected by water then it needs to come back to us to be re-waterproofed  as this should not happen ever!
  3. If you are having sensitivity issues check that you are using the right sensitivity settings and the line is making contact with the sensor. (If the sensor is broken/missing it must come back to us for repair.)
