We’ve sent you an eMail confirming your submission. It’s got all your details on it along with our postal address for the courier.

Print it out and put a copy of the completed form with your trade-ins so we know who to call when we get them!

We highly recommend you send any goods via an insured and tracked service to make sure they arrive safely.   

Legal bit – goods are sent at your own risk and we can’t be held liable for goods lost in transit or illegible information. See below for full T&Cs.

*Don’t have a printer?  When you send your alarms make sure you include a note with your eMail address so we can find your registration and action it.  If you can’t print the eMail we sent you, then your eMail address will be the only way we can identify your products. Please make sure it is WRITTEN CLEARLY so that we’re able to find you.  If we can’t read it, then we can’t contact you.

REMEMBER – to take out your batteries and/or any accessories you wish to keep before you send them!

Terms and Conditions

1. You can trade in ANY Delkim Original (1992-2003) and Plus range (2003-2019) alarms and receivers.

2. You can only trade in the total amount of items that matches the amount you wish to buy. You can trade in less, but you cannot trade in more.

For example, if you wish to buy 3 x Txi-D + 1 Rx-D you can only trade in 4 items against them in total.

3. The trade-in offer is for a limited period until 30th June 2023. Any items received after this time may not be eligible even if posted before the deadline.

4. The trade-in offer is limited to one set per person.

5. All trade in items must be to a reasonable standard (not in kit form).

6. Delkim Ltd reserve the right to refuse to trade in items that are not up to a reasonable standard.

7. Delkim Ltd highly recommend you send any goods via an insured and tracked service to make sure they arrive safely.

8. Goods are sent at your own risk, and Delkim Ltd can’t be held liable for goods lost or damaged in transit or received with illegible information.
